At Workz we take pride in our cross disciplinary team. Our backgrounds range from computer science, organisational psychology, stage mangaing and design to political science, HR management, art and - regrettably - medieval history.
Some selected profiles can be read below.
Ask Agger
Managing Director
With more than ten years' experience as a consultant and advisor for some of the largest Danish and international corporations, Ask Agger is a principal capacity within change management, organizational culture, strategic innovation and corporate storytelling. In addition he is a veteran game designer, scriptwriter, movie director, facilitator and speaker.
Ask writes a column at the Danish business paper Børsen, is happily married and trains in Pilipino stick and sword fighting in his spare time.

Michael Thomsen
Director of Innovation
Michael is a management consultant within innovation and creative processes. He works as a Master of Dramatic Innovation, co-creation and user involvement.
Michael holds an MSc in Computer Science from Århus University. He worked as a programmer and system consultant from 1978 until 1991 when he joined the LEGO Group. At LEGO he worked in various technology related product development functions, first as a producer, later for 3 years as manager for LEGO Futura Boston Branch and liaison to the MIT Media Lab, and from 1996-99 as Director of software R&D in SPU Darwin and LEGO Media. In 1999 he joined the Interactive Institute in Sweden as Research Director, and in 2005 he co-founded Zentropa WorkZ.

Grith Okholm Skaarup
Senior Consultant, Head of Communication and Marketing
Grith is in charge of all communication and marketing activities in Workz while working as a senior consultant in the fields of marketing and PR.
Her specialty is to rethink traditional approaches to communication. The methods are primarily found in theories and tools from storytelling, dramaturgy and co-creation. Furthermore she gives lectures and guest teaches at The National Film School of Denmark and the universities of Copenhagen, Roskilde and Aalborg.
She has a Master in Communication and Film- and Media Science from the University of Copenhagen and Universitá di Bologna.

Jesper Toft
Senior Consultant, Teamleader Consultants
As a change consultant Jesper facilitates leadership and organisational development. With his wide experience from TDC and Danish Centre for Management among other companies, Jesper supports our clients with organisational analyses, development concepts, and implementation.
Jesper holds a Master's degree in psychology. His approach is therefore deeply rooted in academic theory both in counseling and creative facilitating.

Svend Ask Larsen
Senior Consultant, Teamleader Design & Development
Design of learning games and simulations. Management consulting and leadership training in the fields of leadership, change management and project management.
Svend has years of experience in designing and running learning games for public and private organisations. Before joining Workz he ran his own business (Reflection in Action) and worked as a game designer and researcher at Learning Lab Denmark. Svend has a background in psychology and business studies from RUC but has so far failed to write his thesis.

Terkel Skårup
Senior Consultant
In Workz, Terkel designs and facilitates innovation processes and user research/user involvement projects. He is also responsible for several of Workz' products on innovation, strategy, and evaluation.
With a background in linguistics and interaction analysis, Terkel has more than ten years of experience in design of innovation processes, user involvement, business ethnographic methods, interaction analysis, and evaluation processes. His experience spans from research and consulting in the United States (Xerox PARC & Institute for Research on Learning) to consulting for major corporations and public institutions in Denmark.

Berit Kristine Bøggild
Senior Consultant
Berit designs and facilitates change processes - including developing and anchoring organisational changes, innovation, and leadership development. She specializes in involvement processes that spark co-creation and create commitment, partnerships and valuable results across different diciplines, hierarchy levels and sectors. Berit has worked with municipalities, NGOs and companies from small entrepreneurs to large corporations. She has worked in Canada, Northern Ireland, Slovenia, Sweden and USA.
Berit holds a Master in Human Resource Management from CBS. She is trained in dialogue methods, serious games, learning and innovation processes in Denmark, Canada and USA and is a certified pathfinder.

Anders Skovgaard-Petersen
Senior Designer
Anders is a designer and consultant within interaction design, communication and games design, as well as a facilitatator of innovation processes. He is a creative mind with a special eye for coherent interactive structures.
Anders holds a BA in Medieval History and Media Science from the University of Copenhagen, and a masters degree in Design and Communication from Copenhagen IT University. He has a background in the danish roleplaying scene where he has been telling stories and designing games for around 20 years. Before joining the team here he worked for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR).

Morten Jæger
Senior Designer
Morten Jaeger works in Design and Development. Morten is the guy that colleagues turn to when they need a new game in no time, fine-tuning of an existing tool or a soundtrack for a movie.
Morten is an enthusiastic scholar of creativity and he reads theory like other people eat cornflakes. In the past Morten has designed a string of widely used learning games, managed an EU-funded innovation project and taught at a handful of public institutions.
Morten is a music producer and co-owner of the Fishcorp studio where he makes music for theatre, films and the music industry.

Ditte Marie Kaae
Senior Designer, Product Manager
Ditte is a member of the Communication & Marketing group where she ensures that the best solutions are found for our products and tools. Furthermore she functions as a senior change designer, where she designs and facilitates the larger products and tools.
Ditte holds a BSc in Business Administration and Organisational Communication. Through her knowledge and understanding of leadership as communication and organizational dynamics, she puts theory into practice when designing leadership learning games. In the Communication & Marketing department she makes sure that information and communication about products and the company are smooth and understandable to any stakeholder.

Jonas Kiselberg
Manager Film & Media
As head of the film & media department, Jonas works with all aspects of the field, from planning and producing to creating as well as the integration of media products. He has worked with high-end productions as well as one-man/one-camera jobs.
He is a certified film and television production engineer and has been with the organization for 8 years where he has produced over 100 films. The wide range includes smaller productions such as an advert spot for "Humor Against AIDS" and extra material for various DVD films as well as larger productions such as Mærsk Logistics, mission, visions and values films for Coloplas, and a DSB vision film.

Henning Grubb Basballe
Senior Consultant
Henning is a creative consultant with a passion for understanding, designing and facilitating creative processes and events. His prime focus areas at Workz are the fields of innovation, service-design and user co-creation processes. He loves stories, games, strategy and coming up with new stuff.
Henning holds a BA in Theatre Studies and a masters degree in Film- and Media Studies, both from Copenhagen University. Following university he has worked as a strategic planner in advertising and since then as an innovation consultant. Along the way he has directed a number of theatre plays and been an acknowledged profile on the Danish roleplaying scene.
